Brandon Lang is the founder of Law Office of BW Lang. He is licensed to practice law in California and New York. His practice focuses on dispute resolution, family law, business and commercial matters, and estate planning.
Brandon works with individuals, families, and businesses in California. He also regularly works with Chinese-speaking clients, Chinese businesses with matters in the United States, and clients who value clear communication in both English and Chinese.
Before beginning his legal practice in the United States, Brandon started his legal career in mainland China. He worked under the guidance of Prof. Shen Sibao, a distinguished scholar in international arbitration. During that time, Brandon was involved in both domestic and international commercial arbitration matters. This experience gave him a strong foundation in business disputes and legal matters that involve more than one jurisdiction.
After moving to the United States, Brandon continued his legal career and later established Law Office of BW Lang. His practice is shaped by practical judgment, careful preparation, and close attention to each client’s needs and goals.
As a native Chinese speaker, Brandon understands the importance of clear communication. He is familiar with both Chinese and American legal and cultural contexts, which helps him work effectively with clients whose matters involve different languages, expectations, or perspectives.
Brandon received his legal education in both China and the United States. He earned both his Bachelor of Laws and his Master of Laws in Corporation Law from China Youth University of Political Studies. He later earned his LL.M. from Penn State Law in 2017.
Outside of his legal practice, Brandon enjoys basketball, history, and travel. He has a longstanding interest in learning about the history and culture of the places he visits.
